IRS Documentation for 501(c)(3)

Pine-Richland Unified Booster Organization (PRUBO) has received their IRS Non-Profit 501 (c)(3) Public Charity Designation per section 509 (a)(2) on November 17, 2015. PRUBO has also received permission to accept tax deductible donations effective June 2, 2014. 

A listing of our Member Booster Groups can be found on Our Member page.  PRUBO, per IRS rules may update their Member Booster Group Listing every fiscal year (July-June).

On the IRS website listing of 501(c)(3) organizations, PRUBO will be the only organization that is listed as the parent group.  Our group exemption number is 6172.

Any questions regarding a Member Booster Group status should be directed to the President of PRUBO.
